Villa Amenities
All bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard, most with chest of draws and wardrobes. We have included hair dryers so don't worry about packing them ladies, king size beds in Turkey are far bigger than the UK equivalent, all mattresses are of the orthopaedic type.
If required, there is the facility of catering for two further guests occupying the living room area via the double sofa bed. The villa can easily sleep between nine and eleven guests in both comfort and style. Please be aware most of the furniture within our villa has been hand made by local carpenters to a very high standard this includes the beds, no expense has been spared when we considered the comfort levels we wanted to offer our guests.

Two single beds, air conditioned.
Bedroom 3
King size bed, en-suite bathroom, remote control air conditioning and private balcony with sea & mountain views.

King size souble bed, en-suite bathroom, remote control air conditioning and private balcony with sea & mountain views.
Bedroom 5
One single bed, en-suite bathroom, remote control air conditioning, private balcony with sea & mountain views.
Other rooms and facilites
Kitchen
Has gas cooker & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle. toaster etc, you'll find the kitchen equipped to a high standard.
Laundry Room
Has an ironing board, iron, washing machine and a floor mounted safe.
Extra toilets
Are on the ground and first floors.
Magnificent Marble Staircase
This spirals through the middle of the property.
Living Room
Has an open fireplace, three seat settee and two arm chairs, settee converts into a double bed, coffee table, 42" Plasma (wall mounted) TV, DVD/CD player we have supplied over 100 DVD's films for our guests to use including family films, children's films, and more adult films of a horror or violent nature, as well as Satellite TV with European channels.
Large Dining Room
Has a large dinning room table and eight accompanying chairs.
Private Pool
Has both tiled and metal entrance steps, a long seating shelf within the pool for when you fancy a semi submerged cocktail or two, a pool side shower, eight wooden sun loungers with lounger cushions, side tables and accompanying umbrellas.
Games Room
With a full size American pool table (including both pool & snooker balls).
Marbled Patio Area
Has a outside breakfast table with eight accompanying chairs, to the side of the patio area is a brick built BBQ to make cooking a Breeze.
Gardens
The villa boasts beautiful gardens with various types of tropical plants including a very nice banana tree we think!
Security & Car Parking
There are ornate iron gates at the entrance to the villa, there are three car parking spaces available within the villa. There are also iron gates at the side entrances which make the villa child friendly and secure, within the villa there is an electronic safe and the villa is fitted with a security system for added peace of mind. Please be reassured crime is unknown of in Kalkan but we have had the above features installed for our guests peace of mind.

When you are considering what you need to take away with you please don't worry about food or drink on you arrival as we supply a complimentary welcome pack for our guest. Just one less thing to worry about, we want your stay to be relaxed and as carefree as possible.
