If you would like to book our villa we would require a non-refundabl deposit of twenty five percent of the rental price, then eight weeks prio to your holiday we request that you forward to us the remaining balance of your booking including the damage deposit After a booking is made with us we will send you a confirmation email, this will include confirmation of the dates you have booked confirmation of the booking charge and any transfer arrangements you have requested, if you have not chosen to arrange a transfer via ourselves we will include direction to our villa within this email. Please note we do not send any reminders concerning final balances, so please remember full payment of your booking MUST be forwarded to us as above or your booking will be considered as cancelled by us and your deposit will have been forfeited.

Please Note: No payment will be requested from you at the above pre-booking stage, not until you have received the confirmation email from us accepting your booking enquiry, then you will be asked to make payments via credit/debit card or bank transfer at the above mentioned site, please be assured the above site is a totally secure way of booking your holiday.
Payment Methods
Damage Deposit
We ask for a damage deposit of £250 which is refundable fourteen days after you return home from your holiday on the understanding that no damage has occurred to the villa or its contents during your stay. The villa is checked by our manager after each and every booking.
Late Bookings
If late bookings are taken by us payment must be received in full within 7 days. We consider late bookings as any booking that is eight weeks or less away from the date of hire.
Cancellation & Refunds
8 weeks prior to your booking date you will forfeit your deposit + 25% of the booking charge.
6 weeks prior to your booking date you will forfeit your deposit + 50%of the booking charge.
4 weeks prior to your booking date you will forfeit your deposit + 100% of the booking charge.
- Arrange your transfer, if required, welcome you when you arrive and show you around your accomodation.
- Ensure that your holiday goes smoothly helping with local knowledge and advice and being available to sort out any problems quickly, should they arise.
- Arrange cleaning the villa before you arrive, during your stay and after you leave.
- Arrange a twice weekly maid service, bed linen and towel changes, bed linen and towels are provided but please take your own beach and pool side towels.
- Arrange the cleaning of the swimming pool and keep the gardens maintained.
